CR Market Strategies was formed in January 2003 by Charles L. Ruoff having extended his normal retirement from Acordia-Wells Fargo to assist with the management and operational integration process. CR Marketing contracted with Acordia-Wells Fargo in 2003 and again in 2005 to obtain the services of Mr. Ruoff on certain insurance marketing projects in the US and London. CR Marketing has also been engaged by The Treiber Group, a large regional insurance broker, to assist with various broker management initiatives in pursuit of expanding the scope of its business operations working directly with the CEO. In 2008, Mr. Ruoff began assisting Dix Hills Partners, a $900 million fixed income manager, with investment product development specifically targeted to the insurance marketplace.
