In providing our client services we act in a consulting capacity where our engagement in terms of objectives, timeframe, delivery and remuneration are defined by a specific project contract. In our consulting role we do not act as an intermediary in executing any recommended plan or program nor will we receive any compensation directly or indirectly from any intermediary, vendor, service provider or insurance markets that may be ultimately used by the client. In general, our services may be offered:
1. Directly to Commercial Organizations and Institutions; by invitation we can discuss the scope of work that is required and submit a proposal on how we would provide our services to achieve the desired outcome/objectives. A definitive performance contract would be created upon acceptance of the proposal.
2. Indirectly via Agents and Brokers; we can supplement the services provided by an intermediary to their existing client by offering consulting services to such clients. In these circumstances we must be engaged by contract directly with the client. Alternatively, we can by agreement* provide general training, education and guidance to designated staff members of the intermediary so they have alternative market tools to enhance their general client services.
*agreement will specify that our services are for general staff education and any work directly related to a client specific situation must involve our direct engagement by such client.
